'O Sfizio — Neapolitan Food Experience

'O Sfizio brings the rituals, flavours and energy of Naples to Berlin — right in the heart of Aedes Bar. Once a month, six food stands, iconic Neapolitan dishes, aperitivo and music come together for a Sunday made to eat, meet, stay and dance.

This isn't a curated "Italian pop-up." 'O Sfizio is built the way people actually eat in Naples: fast, loud, shared, and cheap enough to order five different things just to try them all. Shared long tables, festival lights, and a soundtrack that moves from Neapolitan classics to their more contemporary reinterpretations.

The event is put together by native Neapolitans, with Francesco Scognamiglio (Partenope 081) curating the selection and the traditional recipes served on the day.

What's on the menu

Six stands, each doing one thing properly:

• •Il Forno — pizza margherita and a "speciale" marinara, folded portafoglio-style
• •La Friggitoria Verace — cuoppo misto (fried potato croquettes, rice balls) and pizza fritta
• •I Cuzzetielli — sandwiches with meatball ragù, or sausage and friarielli
• •Il Primo Piatto — slow-cooked ziti al ragù napoletano, ziti alla genovese, and the legendary fried frittata di pasta
• •L'Angolo Fresco e di Mare — octopus salad and fresella
• •La Pasticceria — sfogliatelle and babà al rum

Two bars keep things moving: an outdoor counter for draft beer and Limoncello Spritz, and an indoor bar for Aglianico and Falanghina by the glass, amari, and proper espresso.

Everything is €5 — one flat price, every dish, every drink, simple and quick to pay directly at the stands.
