Informazioni sull’evento
Three hours around one Sardinian table. Cabudanni marks the passage from one agricultural cycle to the next, when the work of summer is behind us and another year begins.
Once a year, we set the table for Cabudanni.
In Sardinian, Cabudanni is the name for September — the moment in the old agricultural calendar when one cycle was coming to an end and another was about to begin.
For this year’s edition, we went back to the food connected to that passage: the days of work around the threshing floors, the meals eaten there, and the tables shared when the work was done.
From that research, we built the Cabudanni 2026 table.
On Sunday 20 September, Pasta Paradijs will have just 18 seats around it.
Three hours. One Sardinian Sunday table. Food made to be passed, shared and eaten without rushing.
