As part of our Coco East co-production work , we are delighted to showcase Rebecca's Cook with Kasper sessions. Whether you are feeling anxious about starting solids, struggling with food rejection, short on sleep, or simply looking for inspiration, Rebecca creates a welcoming and supportive space for parents to learn, share experiences, and build confidence in the kitchen.

Together, you will prepare baby-friendly meals, chat over coffee, connect with other parents, and leave with food for the week ahead. With no pressure or judgment, Cook with Kasper offers practical support, good company, and a chance to make the weaning journey feel a little easier and a lot more enjoyable.
