A hand can be an invitation, a promise, or a boundary. It can comfort, guide, resist, or simply remind us that we are not alone. In this workshop, we explore what it means to trust another person through one of the simplest human gestures: reaching out and holding hands.

What happens when we allow another person to reach for us, and how it feels when we become responsible for holding someone?

We begin the evening with a short conversation about touch, trust, and consent. From there, Erfan will guide participants through a series of gentle exercises that move from individual reflection to pairs and collective movement. Together, we will experiment with connection, support, vulnerability, and the ways our bodies communicate without words.

For the second part of the workshop we replace words with music. Alba will lead us using rhythm and sound. Music connects fragments of these shared moments—hands reaching, holding, separating, and reconnecting. This workshop is about building together rather than performing perfectly. Remember there is no pressure to hold someone's hand, no correct way to trust, and no expectation beyond what feels comfortable. Curiosity, care, and respect shape the experience.
