Thirsty Thursdays with DRWakefield: World Coffee Research

This will be a particularly innovative cupping, in partnership with World Coffee Research. They have been developing new, more resistant varieties of coffee, in line with the difficulties being faced in coffee right now. Some of the current challenges being faced in coffee include; climate change, disease and insects. This particular trial began in 2015!

We will also be dialing in with Alexa Heinicke, the Director of Development at World Coffee Research to dive deeper and learn more about the wider project and learn more about the coffees.
